- 3 or 4 (1/4-inch) slices Cheddar cheese
- Old El Paso Mexebeans or Trappey's red kidney beans in chili sauce
- Chi Chi salsa (mild, medium or hot)
Directions

1Fill plate with rice.

2Crumple handful of tortilla chips. Place cheese over top.

4Microwave until cheese melts.
