  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cup rice (long grain)
  • 1/2 froozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper

Directions

    Start by placing your plum tomatoes, garlic, and jalapeno to boil.

    Next, place other ingredients but the rice, butter and mixed vegetables in blender to blend.

    While blending, melt the butter and brown the rice.

    Add mixed veggies, and sauce in blender and let simmer until all sauce has been absorbed by rice, and serve.
