  • 2 c. rice
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 1/8 tsp. comino
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 3 c. water

    Saute rice and seasoning in bacon grease for 3 minutes.
