- 1/2 c. water plus 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1/4 c. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown the hamburger and onion until hamburger is browned and onion is tender.

3Cover tightly; lower heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
