  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 cut up onion
  • 3 slices bacon

    Clean rice.

    Rinse.

    Fry rice like popcorn (no grease, no lard).

    Mix and turn for 8 minutes.

    Then take off of stove and put in cold water.

    Drain.

    Add catsup, garlic, salt, tomato, onion and bacon. Cover for 1 hour.
