Ingredients

  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 oz. can black olives, diced
  • 4 oz. can diced green chiles
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. salsa

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

    Arrange tortillas on flat surface.

    Divide cheese mixture evenly and spread to edges of each tortilla.

    Roll tortillas tightly.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Slice off 2 ends.

    Slice through remaining roll every half-inch.

    Serve with extra salsa for dipping.

    Makes approximately 4 dozen.
