- 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 4 oz. can black olives, diced
- 4 oz. can diced green chiles
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. salsa
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

2Arrange tortillas on flat surface.

3Divide cheese mixture evenly and spread to edges of each tortilla.

4Roll tortillas tightly.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheet, seam side down.

6Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

7Slice off 2 ends.

8Slice through remaining roll every half-inch.

9Serve with extra salsa for dipping.

10Makes approximately 4 dozen.
