- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 c. kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 c. French dressing
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, chopped
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2Stir in beans, dressing, water and chili powder.

3Simmer for 15 minutes.

4Add other ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese.

5Toss lightly.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Serve with crisp tortillas if desired.
