  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 1 large avocado (save 4 slices for the top)
  • 1 large pkg. tortilla chips (crush 1/2 for salad and 1/2 for top)
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • hot sauce (season to liking)
  • 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 head lettuce, broken up
  • 8 oz. French dressing

Directions

    Brown hamburger and add beans.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.

    Cool and then add to rest of ingredients.
