- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 3 medium hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 3 to 4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 jar picante sauce
Directions

1Mix ground beef, onion, mushrooms and taco seasoning in large heavy pot.

2Cook until done; drain well and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except picante sauce and tortilla chips. Toss lightly.

3Serve over tortilla chips topped with picante sauce.
