Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 medium hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 3 to 4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jar picante sauce

Directions

    Mix ground beef, onion, mushrooms and taco seasoning in large heavy pot.

    Cook until done; drain well and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients except picante sauce and tortilla chips. Toss lightly.

    Serve over tortilla chips topped with picante sauce.
