  • 4 (16 oz.) peeled or fresh tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 small cans green chilies
  • 2 small cans jalapenos
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. red pepper
  • salt, pepper and sugar to taste

    Chop all ingredients and mix together in large kettle; bring to a boil.
