  • 2 large tomatoes or No. 303 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. scallions or green onions
  • 1/3 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. canned green chiles
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. red hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin

Directions

    Peel and chop tomatoes or put can of tomatoes in bowl.

    Thinly slice scallions or onions and add.

    Add fresh chopped parsley and chopped chiles.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate.
