- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can salsa
- 2 doz. hard rolls
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion until done and drain.

2Add remaining ingredients, except rolls.

3Pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with beef mixture.

4Wrap each roll in foil.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
