- 10 ounces green chilies
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- guacamole (optional)
Directions

1Cook chorizo in large skillet.

2When it is cooked pour eggs and season to taste.

3Make like a large omellet.

4Once side one is done flip in sections and place green chillis and cheese on.

5Cover it to let the cheese melt.

6Serve with salsa, sour cream and gucamole to taste.
