- 1 (8 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. diced green chiles
- 1 (8 oz.) creamed corn
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine all ingredients in a large bowl at one time, mixing well. Stir until mixture is moistened and quickly pour batter into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

3Spread batter evenly and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Check doneness with a toothpick.

4Put slices of Velveeta cheese on top of the bread and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Spread evenly. Spoon serving onto plate.
