  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chili
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix together everything but chili and cheese.

    Put half of mixture in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Put chili and 1/2 of the cheese on the mixture in the pan.

    Add the rest of the corn mixture.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
