- 1 14 lbs boneless round steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces can chopped green chilies, drained
- 8 ounces jar taco sauce
- 12 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions

1Trim excess fat from steak.

2Cut steak into 4 pieces, and pound to 1/4 inch.

4Brown steak in butter, and place in a lightly greased shallow 2 quart casserole.

5Top with chilies and taco sauce.

6Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

7Sprinkle steak with cheese, and bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes.
