  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drain 1/2 liquid
  • 1 can pinto beans, drain 1/2 liquid
  • 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
