- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 2/3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can chili salsa (7 1/2 oz.)
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain well. Add onions and saute to golden brown.

2Add chili powder, chili salsa and tomato sauce. Rinse can with 1/2 can water. Salt and pepper to taste.

3Simmer 1/2 hour. Add 2/3 cup cooked rice. Simmer a few more minutes.
