  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 box large pasta shells
  • 1 c. taco sauce
  • 1 c. crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
