Mexican-Style Beer Nuts

  • 1 can (11.5 oz.) PLANTERS Mixed Nuts
  • grated peel and juice from 1 lime, divided
  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine nuts and lime juice in large skillet.

    Add beer; stir.

    Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.

    Drain nuts; place in medium bowl.
