- 1 can (11.5 oz.) PLANTERS Mixed Nuts
- grated peel and juice from 1 lime, divided
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Combine nuts and lime juice in large skillet.

2Add beer; stir.

3Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

4Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.

5Drain nuts; place in medium bowl.

6Add sugar; toss to coat.

7Spread onto parchment-covered baking sheet.

8Bake 20 to 25 min.

9or until nuts are dried and lightly browned.

10Sprinkle nuts with lime peel and salt; toss to coat.
