Ingredients

  • 10 inches flour tortillas
  • 16 ounces whole kernel corn can of
  • 16 ounces pitted olives can of Whole, roughly chopped
  • 4 ounces diced chilies
  • 4 cups Mexican cheese blend
  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
  • salsa for dipping
  • salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and salt & pepper to taste.

    Spread over tortilla and roll. Cut off ends to make roll even.

    Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

    Slice in even pieces and place on serving tray. Replace back in refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Serve chilled with salsa.
