- 10 inches flour tortillas
- 16 ounces whole kernel corn can of
- 16 ounces pitted olives can of Whole, roughly chopped
- 4 ounces diced chilies
- 4 cups Mexican cheese blend
- 8 ounces low fat cream cheese
- salsa for dipping
- salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and salt & pepper to taste.

2Spread over tortilla and roll. Cut off ends to make roll even.

3Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

4Slice in even pieces and place on serving tray. Replace back in refrigerator for 2 hours.

5Serve chilled with salsa.
