  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped tomato
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
  • taco sauce (we use La Victoria Red or Green)

Directions

    Brown ground beef in large frying pan until no longer pink.

    Season with chili powder, salt and pepper.

    Stir in sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add velveeta and stir until melted.

    Serve in a bowl with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, extra sour cream and Taco Sauce (if desired).
