  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add vanilla, salt, flour and pecans. Mix well.

    Roll into small balls and bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 275°.

    Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar.

    Makes 5 dozen.
