- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 1/2 cups Durkee's sauce
- 50 large chicken wings
- oil, for deep frying
Directions

1Heat butter and hot sauce in steamer or on stovetop.

2Deep fry chicken wings in 350 degree F oil -- 12-14 minutes for frozen wings; 8 minutes thawed.

3Put wings in large bowl or pot. Ladle sauce over wings, swirling until all wings are covered.

4Serve hot.
