- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 c. cooked white rice
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Saute onions and bell pepper in margarine.

2Remove from heat; combine with remaining ingredients, except paprika.

3Toss lightly to mix and pour into a greased casserole dish.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Garnish with paprika.

6One cup chopped ham can be added to make a main dish.
