- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 (8 oz.) cans seasoned tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Directions

1Brown meat; drain off excess fat.

2Add onion, pepper and garlic.

3Cook 1 minute.

4Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.

5Cover and simmer 2 hours.

6Serve sauce over hot spaghetti.

7Makes 8 to 10 servings.
