  • 1 whole Meyer Lemon, Washed And Dried
  • 1 clove Garlic (small)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Pine Nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoons Honey
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Cut the Meyer lemon (with the peel on) into chunks and remove the seeds, then toss the entire chunks into the food processor. If substituting a regular lemon, add only the zest and juice of the lemon to the food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping the sides with a spatula occasionally. Serve on pasta, pizza, or grilled vegetables.
