  • 4 sweet red peppers
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • sea salt
  • 1.5 cups chopped wlanut halves
  • 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp middle eastern chili pepper or turkish pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbs + 1 tsp pomegranate syrup
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • pine nuts

    if you use a food processor, puree until smooth peppers garlic and salt. Add walnuts, bread crumbs and red chili pepper ane pulse to granular mixture. stir in cumin, pomegranate syrup and lemon juice. stir in 1 tbs oil and taste, adding more oil or salt to taste. garnish with pine nuts.
