  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt, to rim the glasses
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato juice
  • Hot sauce
  • 1 bottle pale ale beer, chilled

Directions

    Mix the salt and chili powder together in a small dish.

    Rub the rim of the glass with some lime juice and then dip the rim in the salt mixture.

    Add the lime juice, tomato juice and a splash of hot sauce to a cocktail shaker.

    Add some ice cubes and the cold beer.

    Shake well and serve.
