Micro Caramel Corn Recipe

- 1 stick butter
- 4-6 quart. popped popcorn (popped dry in air popper or possibly microwave)
- Clean, large grocery sack
Directions

1Fold down top of grocery sack so it will fit in microwave oven.

2Grease bottom and sides of sack with end of stick butter.

3Put popped corn in sack.

4Make syrup: Put brown sugar, rest of butter and corn syrup in microwave safe medium size bowl.

5Cook on high 4 min.

6Stir.

7Cook 2 min more.

8Add in vanilla and baking soda.

9Stir till thick and lighter brown (minute or possibly so).

10Pour on popped corn in sack.

11Stir gently.

12Leave sack open.

13Put in microwave oven and cook 1 minute.

14Stir.
-
15Cook 30 seconds.

16Pour on cookie sheet to cold.

17Break apart.

18Eat!
