- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vegetable shortening
Directions

1Place chocolate chips in micro-safe dish, not too deep.

2Add 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening.

3Micro on Medium-High power about 4 minutes until melted and smooth.

4Stir well and dip fruit.

5Place on waxed paper.

6Chill.

7If chocolate gets too thick, micro.
