- 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. cubed chicken, cooked
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Place onion and garlic in 1 3/4-quart casserole dish.

2Cook covered 2 minutes on High until onion is tender.

3Stir in flour, curry powder, bouillon and red pepper.

4Add milk all at once.

5Cook uncovered on High for 5 minutes until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring twice.

6Stir in chicken.

7Cook 2 minutes more.

8Serve over rice with chopped peanuts and sliced green onions.
