  • 4 medium potatoes, cut lengthwise
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Add garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese to melted oleo in low glass dish (micro).

    Dip wedges in mixture.

    Arrange cut side down in dish; cover with paper towel.
