Microwave Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. soft margarine
  • 1 1/3 c. oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 bag chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix ingredients together and spread in an 8-inch dish.

    Cover with wax paper and microwave for 10 minutes on High (rotate dish after 5 minutes).

    Cake should look dry and even color.

    Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips and return to microwave.

    When soft, spread on top of cake.

    (If heat from microwave does not melt chips, microwave for 30 seconds on Medium.)

    When cool, cut into squares.
