- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 4 to 6 quarts popped corn
Directions

1Combine butter, syrup, sugar and salt in an 8 cup glass measuring cup or a 3 quart mixing bowl.

2Bring to a boil and them cook 2 1/2 minutes.

3Stir in baking soda.

4Pour over popped corn in a large grocery bag that has been sprayed with a pan coating.

5Stir lightly to combine.

6Put the bag in the microwave and cook 2 1/2 minutes stirring after 1 minute.

7Remove from microwave and spread out on a cookie sheet to cool.

8Break apart.
