- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 4 qt. (16 c.) popped popcorn
- 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Directions

1Place popped corn in a large grocery bag.

2Combine oleo, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in a large glass pitcher.

3Bring to boil on Full Power.

4Boil 2 minutes.

5Stir in baking soda.

6Pour syrup over popcorn in bag.

7Close bag and shake vigorously.

8Place bag in microwave.

9Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes.

10Remove and shake again.
-
11Return to oven for 1 1/2 minutes.

12Remove and shake again.
-
13Return to oven for 1 minute.

14Remove and pour on cookie sheet.

15Let cool.
