- 1 c. popcorn, unpopped
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Pop popcorn.

2Place popped corn in a large paper grocery bag. Combine brown sugar, light corn syrup, butter or margarine and salt in a 4-cup glass measuring cup and bring to boil on Full power.

3Boil for 2 minutes; stir, then add baking soda and stir until foamy.

4Pour over the popcorn.

5Close the bag and shake well.

6Cook on Full power for 45 seconds.

7Shake again and cook 45 seconds.

8Shake again and cook for 45 seconds.

9Shake bag and cook for 30 seconds; shake again.

10Cook for 30 seconds.

11Shake again.
-
12Allow to cool, then break up and enjoy.
