  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chili powder
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 2 (16 oz.) kidney beans

    Brown and drain beef.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.

    Cook on High in microwave.

    Cook 45 minutes, stir every 10 to 15 minutes.
