- 2 (15 oz. each) cans chili or 4 c. homemade chili
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix, prepared according to pkg. directions
- 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Spread chili in an 8-inch square baking dish or other shallow 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish.

2Cover and place dish on inverted saucer.

3Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot, stirring after half the time.

4Combine prepared cornbread batter and cheese.

5Pour evenly over hot chili.

6Tent corners of dish with foil.

7Place dish on inverted saucer.

8Microwave at Medium-high 5 to 7 minutes or until cornbread topping is even.
