- 1/4 lb unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned
- 5 shallots, diced
- 1/2 cup parsley, packed
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions

1Rough chop the mushrooms and place in a food processor bowl.

2Process the mushrooms until they resemble a coarse meal.

3Heat the butter in a microwave safe souffle dish uncovered at 100% for 2 minutes or until melted.

4Add the mushrooms to the melted butter and stir to coat.

5Microwave at 100% for 5 minutes.

6Place the shallots and parsley in the food processor work bowl and process until they resemble a coarse meal as well.

7Remove the mushrooms from the micro.

8Stir in the shallots and parsley, kosher salt, and pepper.

9Micro at 100% for 8 minutes.

10Use immediately or allow to cool and freeze
