  • 16 oz. confectioners sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans

    Microwave margarine on High in glass bowl for 1 minute or until melted.

    Add next 3 ingredients; mix well.

    Microwave for 2 minutes.

    Stir in vanilla and pecans.

    Beat until thick and creamy.

    Pour into buttered dish.

    Let stand until firm.
