Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • finely chopped nuts

Directions

    Put confectioners sugar, cocoa and milk into glass bowl. Break margarine into cubes.

    Mix gently to distribute sugar and cocoa.

    Put into microwave on High for 1 minute.

    Remove and add vanilla.

    Mix thoroughly about 5 minutes until starting to thicken.

    Add nuts.

    Put on buttered waxed paper and refrigerate about 20 minutes.

    Cut into squares.
