- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg, whisked
- 2 1/2 Tbls Butter (can also use coconut oil, olive oil or ghee)
Directions

2Mix together all the ingredients with a fork

3Pour mixture into mug

4Microwave for 90 seconds on high

5Cool for a few minutes

6Pop out of mug gently and slice
