- 3/4 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 c. water
- 8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Crumble ground meat in colander over mixing bowl and microwave on High 5 minutes, stirring halfway.

2Discard drippings.

3Combine meat, sauce, water and Italian seasonings; set aside.

4Combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley, pepper and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese in separate bowl.

5Pour 1/4-inch meat sauce in baking dish.

6Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, then Mozzarella cheese. Cover with plastic wrap.

7Microwave on High 8 minutes.

8Simmer (1/3 power) for 20 minutes; sprinkle on remaining Parmesan cheese. Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
