- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Use a 2-quart microwave dish with a cover.

2Bring water, butter and salt to a boil on highest setting.

3Add rice, stir, and cook on High for 5 minutes.

4Then microwave on defrost setting for 10 minutes.

5Let stand 5 minutes before removing cover.
