  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, cut up, liquid reserved
  • 1 c. quick cooking rice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper

    Place beef in 3-quart microproof casserole; break up with fork.

    Stir in onion.

    Cook on High 7 minutes; drain.
