  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (about 4 c.)
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp. ground sage

Directions

    Combine mushrooms, onion, celery and margarine in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Microwave at High (100%) until vegetables are tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
