  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 2 thinly sliced zucchini
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • garlic powder
  • basil
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese (if desired)

Directions

    Melt margarine in microwave dish.

    Add zucchini and microwave for 3 minutes.

    Stir in tomatoes, onion, some garlic powder and basil.

    Cover and microwave until tomatoes are tender.
