- 2 thinly sliced zucchini
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 1 small sliced onion
- garlic powder
- basil
- 2 Tbsp. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese (if desired)
Directions

1Melt margarine in microwave dish.

2Add zucchini and microwave for 3 minutes.

3Stir in tomatoes, onion, some garlic powder and basil.

4Cover and microwave until tomatoes are tender.

5Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
