- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. dried mint
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. grated cucumber
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced scallions
Directions

1Combine lamb, rice, onion, mint, salt, allspice and pepper and mix thoroughly.

2Shape into 12 balls.

3Heat oil in skillet, add lamb balls and cook until brown and desired doneness.
