Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb. roast (chuck or arm)
  • 32 oz. bottle catsup
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • dash of liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour on top of roast in a large roasting pan.

    Cover tightly. Roast at 350° for 3 to 4 hours.
